The SALT team is made up of adult youth group leaders and students who have been selected to be leaders. The team works together to help plan events, trips, games, and many other activities. The adults lead the small groups and take on additional responsibilities, including running the climbing wall. The students are able to set an example at youth group, home and school. Each person plays an important role in Overhaul.
